Breathing Techniques and Relaxation

Learn to use specific breathing techniques to help calm or energize your mind and body. Practice breathing strategies accompanied with guided relaxation to reduce stress and improve well-being. Facilitator: Tanya Taylor. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
