Henri Matisse was a master of color, line, and shape who reached a pinnacle in his paper cut-out series from 1937-1954. Matisse described his process as “cutting directly into color”. Use color theory and color mixing with acrylic gouache to create an inventory of shapes to build your own collages, à la Matisse. Facilitators: Pam Negrin and Ro Sobey-Strick, Art Therapy interns. This is a Live only event.
