This workshop is an evidence-based health education program that offers cancer survivors the opportunity to encourage one another, process the disease, regain confidence, and allow survivors to examine their own experiences in a healthy, supportive environment. You will learn skills to deal with problems such as fear of recurrence changes in body image, frustration, fatigue, pain, isolation, poor sleep, safe exercises, communication, nutrition, and setting priorities. Open to all adults who have cancer or have had a previous cancer diagnosis. This six-week program is part of the Self-Management Resource Center Program. Facilitator: Trina Adams.
