Maximize your time by combining cardio intervals with core strengthening movements. Use your bodyweight as well as dumbbells and resistance bands to get your heart pumping and target your abdominal muscles, hips, and glutes. Recommended equipment: yoga mat, dumbbells, resistance bands. Skill Level: All levels. Facilitator: Skylar Moore. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
