Improved cardiovascular (aerobic) fitness reduces the risk of heart disease, lowers blood pressure, improves mood, enhances sleep quality, and lowers overall mortality risk. Despite these benefits, only 37% of older adults meet the recommendations for cardiovascular activity. Learn how to use the cardio zones model to safely implement cardiovascular training into your daily routine for a strong, healthy heart. Facilitator: Skylar Moore. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
