Cholesterol can be so confusing! Learn more about the causes and consequences of uncontrolled high cholesterol. Dive deeper into how lifestyle factors like nutrition, exercise, and sleep impact cholesterol. Come away with tips to making cooking and shopping easy and heart healthy. Facilitators: Dr. Serina McEntire, PhD, and Skylar Moore. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
