Learn strategies to manage your pain through exercise, healthy eating, cognitive pain management, as well as how to deal with concerns like fatigue, sleep problems, difficult emotions, weight loss, and communicating with family and friends. Learn core self-management skills such as action planning, problem solving, and decision making. This is a six-week series produced by the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program.
