Combine two styles of yoga to give you a great workout for your body and mind. Vinyasa Yoga is all about linking movement with breath while Yin encourages you to take it slow and improve flexibility and circulation. Enjoy a flowing sequence of standing postures followed by extended stretches during the seated portion of class. Learn to focus on the breath to find your personal expression of each pose. Standing, seated, and reclined poses. Skill Level: all levels. Recommended Equipment: Yoga Mat, Blocks, Strap. Facilitator: Tanya Taylor. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
