A full-body workout designed to increase endurance, strength, and balance, while also enhancing your independence and everyday activities. The first half of the class will be using weights and the second half of the class will be stretching the entire body while creating more flexibility and mobility in the body. Occasional aerobic and floor-work exercises. Skill Level: Beginner/Intermediate Level. Recommended Equipment: Weights, resistance band, non-rolling chair, and a yoga mat. Facilitator: Marissa Walch.
