A full-body workout designed to increase endurance, strength, and balance, while also improving your independence in everyday activities. The first half of the class focuses on strength and balance, while dynamic and static stretches improve your flexibility and mobility in the 2nd half of class. Participants must be able to get onto the floor. Skill Level: Beginner/Intermediate Level. Recommended Equipment: Weights, a non-rolling chair, and a yoga mat. Facilitator: Skylar Moore. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
