The hips are the center of your body, both supporting the rise of your spine and facilitating the power of your legs. They are also an emotional center and a source of creativity. Learn about the function and flexibility of the pelvic powerhouse; open your hips with breath, tissue release (tennis ball required), and gentle movement techniques.
