Pharmacists and pharmacy students will bring an interactive session related to improving care and medication management for older adults. Facilitators: University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, Peter Lamy Center on Drug Therapy, and the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists Maryland Chapter You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
