Qigong uses movement to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. The practice introduces the participant to Sheng Zhen (meaning unconditional love), which opens the heart, strengthens the body, and calms the mind. Skill Level: All levels.
