Slow flow links the breath and movement in a sequence of flowing poses to improve balance and alignment with a grounding stable energy. This practice incorporates breathwork, standing, balancing, kneeling, and lying poses ending in guided relaxation. Recommended Equipment: yoga mat and props (blocks, straps, or towels). Skill Level: All levels. Facilitator: Angie Gentile. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
