A full body strength workout with an emphasis on core strength and stability. Tone and strengthen your muscles while improving your balance, flexibility, range of motion, and coordination. Exercises will be done standing and on the floor. Recommended Equipment: Weights and a yoga mat. Skill Level: All levels. Facilitator: Maura Guedouar. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
