Practice gentle yoga to improve symptoms of pain, stiffness, and limited range of motion. Research has shown yoga to be an effective tool for those experiencing Arthritis. Practice in class, and take-home an easy yoga daily sequence. Facilitator: Angie Gentile. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
