A full-body workout designed to increase endurance, strength, and balance, while also improving your independence in everyday activities. The first half of the class focuses on strength and balance, while dynamic and static stretches improve your flexibility and mobility in the 2nd half of class. For $45 per month, you can have unlimited access to most of our virtual fitness and movement classes! Upon registration each month, you will receive the schedule, links, and meeting codes for all available classes that month! You can pick and choose which classes to join! Live classes are not included in this offer.
