This intermediate intensity strength and conditioning class is perfect for those looking for a challenge. This class uses functional training to achieve overall physical fitness. Recommend equipment: Two sets of weights (light & heavy), resistance band, chair, or bench. Facilitator: Javonne Santouse. Mondays; 11:00 am – 12:00 pm. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
