Learn the science behind the effects of sound on the mind, body, and spirit and then experience a guided meditation followed by a Restful Sound concert. Gentle vibrations from therapeutic Singing Bowls will bathe you in sound and harmonize the space, creating a sense of safety and feelings of lightness and reduced stress. Facilitator: Kat Souvertjis, Cypress Sound Yoga. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
