Get a full body stretch using movements that increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, improve balance, and strengthen your core. Exercises will be done standing, seated, kneeling, and lying down. You must be able to get down onto the floor for parts of this all levels class. Equipment needed: Yoga mat and non-rolling chair. Facilitators: Tanya Taylor & Serina McEntire Wednesdays, 12:15 pm – 12:45 pm. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
