This yoga practice links the breath to movement to create strength, balance, flexibility, and enhanced cognitive function. Seated, standing, lying, and floor exercises will be performed. All levels welcome. A yoga mat is needed. Facilitator: Tanya Taylor Tuesdays, 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
