QiGong

Qigong is a beautiful moving meditation practice like Tai Chi. The practice method used introduces the participant to Sheng Zhen, which means Unconditional Love. This fitness practice is good for beginners! This is a virtual class. 

Series 1: Date: Thursdays, May 13, 20, 27     Time: 11:30 am – 12:30pm
Fee: $15 members/$30 non-members

Series 2: Date: Thursday, June 3, 10, 17, 24     Time: 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Fee: $20 members/$40 non-members
