Are you looking for a simple and effective yoga practice that covers the basic yoga poses but doesn’t require you to tie yourself in knots? Hatha yoga is a gentle, mindful practice that focuses on breathing and slower static poses to strengthen and stretch the body ending with meditation. Hatha yoga helps to relieve stress, strengthen the body, ease back and arthritis pain, and improve emotional health. Recommended Equipment: Yoga mat. Skill Level: All levels. You may choose to attend Live or Virtually.
